There are some tensions when it comes to building a business, building a career and people's desire to blow or to hammer or to arrive or to you understand what I'm saying, get there quickly. There are people who want to start a career and want to be at their pinnacle, at the pinnacle of their career very quickly. And there are people who are thinking about getting into business and also want to start seeing the returns, start seeing the proceeds, start seeing the money very quickly.
And so because of that, there is continual tension in the entrepreneurial space where people want to blow, people want to hammer. And you have some business, some commentators and some consultants such as me, for instance, trying to say, take it easy, calm down your pipe low. So these are some of the tensions that we're going to be exploring today. And the reason why is because I had a conversation with a young man who listens to the podcast,
roughly about 24 years old and again, wants to hammer, wants to blow quick. And we had to have that conversation about, look, that is not about blowing up quick, but it's about blowing up. Well, it's about blowing up shore because some people hammer and they hammer quick, but because there's no foundation, everything just crumble, you know, So there's no point in arriving today only for 2-3 years, you disappear. People be like, oh, waiting up for now.
We're John Bosco and they say, ah, John Bosco, you never hear. He said there are some now for US, he said and for US waiting up, you know, we keep hearing all these stories, people hammer, they're all over the place. You know, we go to school with these people. They are large, they're in control. After a couple of years I waiting up for now and then you don't see them again. We don't hear them again. So we have that conversation about blowing up quick versus showing up.
Sure, sorry, blowing up, sure. Blowing up. Well, blowing up over the long term. In fact, that's the way that Grant Cardone puts it. Grant Cardone says he doesn't want to get rich quick. He wants to get rich for sure. As in that the wealth he has acquired, there is nothing that anybody will do or any system will do or any power will do that will take this thing away from him. So back I don't looks at it that way, getting rich quick versus getting rich for sure.
So these are some of the tensions that we're going to be talking about today. Now before we get into the meat of the issue, if you would love to connect with me, you can call me, send me a text message or WhatsApp message on 08064662140. If you're interested in the 15 minute sales audit or business audit, you can WhatsApp me on the same number 08064 662140. Then you can all my you can also join my WhatsApp channel by just sending me a WhatsApp message on the same number.
Oh, by the way, apologies. You know, the Easter holidays are here, the kids are home, wifey is home, everybody's home, neighbors are home. So no how no how. There's going to be some noise in the background. I'm just making today's episode in the living room. Matter of fact, let me go deal with the kids and then I'll come back right now. OK, I'm back. Sorry about that. Just had to go. That's how to deal with the kids. You know how boys Gambino 1
issue after another after another. OK, so like I said now for those of you who have been coming here because you like hardcore Hills content, I'm very sorry that I'm talking about something very soft and fluffy. But The thing is, I have a bunch of people who listen to the episode who are kind of in their early years. Excuse me? So the people who have reached out who are like 18, the people who have reached out like 20,
2428. So sometimes I make podcast episodes like this just to give those guys the right perspective because I like the fact that then the horse and I like the fact that there's drive. But we need to make sure that that energy is channeled in the right way so that people don't just arrive on the scene today and then they rain for three or four years and then next thing we can't find them again. That star don't deem the destiny don't change.
So that's the reason why I'm making today's broadcast episode. So there's a problem when you want to blow up quick. Oh, by the way, the 24 year old gentleman, I had the conversation with him and you know I misunderstood him. I thought he was one of those boys that just wants to blow anyhow. Anyhow, may I blow? So I had the conversation with him and OK, yeah, he has the right perspective. But I'm just making this broadcast episode just in case there's another 24 year old who is listening and the person is thinking that you will hear one or two things from me that will help his destiny to change forever.
And overnight the guy will just blow. So that's why I'm making today's podcast. Now. There's a problem with trying to blow up quick. Trying to arrive quick, trying to make your money quick, trying to step on the scene quick. Trying to step up quick. Trying to arrive quick, trying to materialize quick. Trying to manifest quick. There's a problem with this quick, quick, quick, quick, quick, quick. And this is the problem.
When you do quick, you could ignore fundamentals and you start taking shortcuts. Let me repeat, as far as it's a matter of business, business. So I'm talking business. I'm not talking entertainment, I'm not talking sports. I'm not talking any, any, any, any other thing. I'm not talking crypto, you understand? I'm talking business. Now, hardcore business, exchange of value. There's something you're selling the product or a service, this value that you're putting out to the market in return, you're trying to capture that value in terms of people don't they send you money so long as it's business.
That's all fundamentals. We did that we can't ignore. And if you're thinking quick, quick, quick, you could ignore the shortcut. The problem is when the foundation no D when the foundation no show you Crump. Even if you're doing something that is totally legit because there's some people that arrive, they blow. But the problem is then they do for one night, they do Yahoo, Yahoo, you know all those things. So that one, you know, it happens, they will arrive on the scene and then they burn out.
But even if, let's say you know, they do Yahoo, Yahoo, you have a genuine something. Let's say you're importing bicycles. Let's say you're importing motorcycles, Jinjiang, for instance, from China. And then you, they import you, they sell out for Kano, for instance. If you ignore any of these fundamentals that we're going to talk about now, business Crump. So if you want to blow up, I am focusing on the quick, Quick thing you could ignore fundamentals #1 is subject matter expertise.
And The thing is, people who arrive well and remain on the scene well, they have subject matter expertise. It doesn't mean that they're the smartest person in the field or that they know absolutely everything, but they are conversant with some basic know how know how, some basic understanding of what it is that they do. So if it is somebody that is importing Jin Cheng Okada and selling it in Kano, for instance, if you don't have subject matter expertise when it comes to Okada, what is good Okada, how do you maintain Okada?
Which kind of Okada is good for Niger? You know, stuff like that. Which kind of Okada do you find spare parts easy? You know, some basic knowledge. Then you go to import any kind thing and then you sell in Kano. What do you expect? You start making some serious mistakes. So the person who gets good at importing Okada or importing spare parts, or being a business consultant, or being an entertainment lawyer, or being an architect, or being an environmental consultant, or being an engineer or being a foreman, you get where I'm going with this.
Or coming into retail. You understand me, you feel me, where I'm going, if there's no subject matter expertise, you could have fumble anyhow down the line and where business is involved, unfortunately, when you don't have subject matter expertise, this fumble would have cost you serious money, serious bar costly mistake. Now there's some people who have lots of money, you know, you're from a rich family and you can be making mistake, mistake,
mistake and you're lending. No problem, Popsy. They'll prop you up in they give you money. But for the rest of us who don't have those kinds of liberties, any small mistake will cost you serious money. If you're on the blow quick, you're going to ignore fundamentals, you're going to ignore subject matter expertise, you will lose money. So if somebody says now that ah Okada and in the rain, you just go to China, you go to Japan,
you import Jincheng, you import this one, you import that one and then you go and sell it in Kano, sell it in Kaduna, you go and sell to another brothers, they'll buy. You just want to meet up with the rush. So therefore you just go and raise money. You collect money from pubs, you collect money from uncles, you know, collect from your savings, go and collect money from your baby. You just rush in. After a while, you say, oh, I
don't know what happened. Maybe it's my village people. It's not my village people. You didn't have subject matter expertise. So this trend that you are trying to jump on, you didn't know whether this Okada business is good business. You don't know whether the profit matches on this thing is good or is bad. You didn't know whether, OK, I'm going to China, I'm going to go and buy these things. Where are the good, where are the good places in China where we'll get correct equipment, OK,
When the machine breakdown, you know, is their spare parts? Are these things that make people adopt this thing quickly or not? You don't have subject matter expertise. That's the reason why you crash. You're ignoring the fundamentals. You'll also ignore fundamentals because client acquisition or customer acquisition, there's expertise there. Client acquisition or customer acquisition just means I'm new. I'm brand new, I'm fresh.
We're aware the customers may acquire them. May I pursue them? It's a skill. If you don't sit down and learn work and learn how in this my trade, in this my industry, in this my profession, in this my whatever, What are the traditional means of customer acquisition? How do we go after customers? How do we toss them? How do we pursue them? You don't sit down and learn this work, everything will crumble. Everything will crumble.
Client retention. Now they are there behind client retention. Is this when you bring people into a business? Sorry. One moment. OK, I'm back. Sorry about that. You know, I told you guys I was a full house. You know, wifey needed my attention. And apart from that, to be honest, when I'm recording and wifey is around, I get kind of shy because when you guys see me, you know, you rape me. You see me on the stage, you feel me, you understand that I'm spitting truth, you know?
But The thing is, you know, my wife has known me since I was, you know, it's been a while been together for, I don't know, maybe like 20 years now. So in her eyes, I'm still I'm still that *** if you understand. So yes, when I'm recording as she works in, you know, sometimes I just pause recording, let her leave first. All right, so back to what I was saying now client retention. Now client retention is also one of those fundamentals I need to pay attention to.
Now, this is the idea behind client retention. Usually when people want to blow, people only pay attention to top of the funnel. How many people am I talking to? How many people am I having conversation with? You know, all other kind of team, but people don't pay attention to how many people are dropping out of the funnel. If every single year you the pursue client, you the pursue client, the pursue client, you get like 100 clients in a year,
but then eight of them vex and eight of them disappear or more. You are bleeding in your business. You have attrition, serious attrition as in people are bailing their running away. There's no how they're going to build that business successfully because your client retention is poor. You hear me, Client retention is poor because you're bringing in 100 client every year and then eighty of them they evaporate. Client retention is poor.
My brother, you are in for a long struggle in building this business. Very, very, very long struggle. So if you want to blow quick, you will not be paying attention to client retention. You just be focused on the fact that, Correct. This year we brought in 100 clients. Next year we're going to bring in 200. The year after that we bring in 400. You are not paying attention to the fact that boys, customers, they evaporate.
That's one of the problems that this, our brother had PDD, you know, because PDD was not a nice guy. Now client retention a problem. So PDD is bringing in stars, is bringing people into his ecosystem. But the problem is, you know, anyway, let me not join him out on the matter, but Shark client retention was poor. People rush in because they love him, but then when they see one or two teens, they will rush out. There's no business that will survive without client retention.
So client retention is really important and that is also one of the fundamentals that you will ignore if you want to blow up quick. That's why I say relax, let's blow up. Well, let's learn all these fundamentals. Then after client relation, there's something called customer lifetime value. The idea behind customer lifetime value is this. When you retain a client, that means you talk to 100 people and at the end of year A, maybe only 20 run away.
That means you retain 80 customers, 80 clients. That is good. Now The thing is, if you retain them and each customer stays with you for like 4-5, six years now, 456 years, when they do business, they'll be dropping money. You'll be getting good money, easy money, because somebody who is a steady client that has been giving you money is not somebody they have to pay money to go and attract that. You have to be chasing that.
You have to be running, running after. That's what we call maximizing customer lifetime value. I've given the story on the podcast about when I was leaving Kano. When I was in Kano, there was a guy that I used to buy bread from and I used to buy like I can't remember. I used to buy bread like 2-3 times a week. Each time I'll buy 2 loaves because I was chilling with this guy. DTA was squatting me. I mean, I'm a big guy.
DTA is a big guy. So no how, no how we can, two of us cannot share a loaf of bread. Now Dino makes sense. So I'll have my own loaf of bread. The day will have his own loaf of bread. Then we'll make our tea. The day used to put lemongrass in his tea. You know he's a Cameroonian. I know Cameroonians do some wild stuff. So I wish you to tell him that guy, how can he be taking this thing you say is herb that is vegetable.
I say this thing is a weed my brother, this thing is a weed. He say no is herb so used to put lemongrass in his tea. So we'll now be sipping our tea, eating our bread because during our attack cannot be very cold now be watching NTA news and they will be abusing politicians. So that's how we used to live. So by the time I was leaving now and I told the my bread guy that was going, ah, the guy was sad. Now the guy dashed me two loaves of bread.
So when I got home, I told the DSR, did you see what happened? That I told this guy that I was going and then he was hard and then he prayed for me and then he gave me to lose our bread. And then they said, of course, now that you know how much money you've been bringing this guy is. Then I did the math in my head. Me, I'm one customer. Let's say back then when I did NYSE 2007, let's say each profit on each loaf of bread was maybe 5500 naira or something.
If I'm buying 22 lows, the profit of 5500 naira each time. I mean just do the math. Me leaving I was not worth 500 naira disappearing. Me leaving I was worth 500 naira times 2. That is 1 thousand. 1000 * 3. That is 3003 thousand a week. Multiply that by four. That is 12,012 thousand. Multiply that by multiply 12,000 by 12 months. Is that 24 grand? So when I was leaving, the guy knew that no, this is not 509 that is leaving Kano.
He knew that this is 24,009 that is leaving Kano. Maximizing customer lifetime value. Somebody's with you. Let them be giving you money. Steady, steady, steady. That's the goal, that's the aim. If you want to blow up quick, you will not choke your eye on customer lifetime value. You won't. You'll be paying attention to mold the horse. Mold the horse. How many people are we bringing in every single year? All right, let me stop on this for a while.
I need to attend to one or two things. I'll be back. OK, I'm back. Sorry about that. Like I said, it's a full house, so needed to attend to one or two things, but I trust that so far you guys are getting the gist of what it is that I'm saying. So you want to blow up quick. You want to arrive on the scene, You want to step up, You want to pull up, You want to show up. Young people know that you have arrived, but because your focus is quick, quick, quick, you're losing sight of a couple of things.
Client acquisition, you're not doing it properly. Client retention, you are not even there at all. Maximizing customer lifetime value. You're never putting eyes there at all. Essentially, you are not building a solid base that allow you to scale and expand in the future. Therein lies the problem. So for those of you who say you know what you do Yahoo, Yahoo, you don't do crypto. You say you want to do solid business, no problem.
Therein lies the problem. You start, but the focus is on showing up on the scene. Therefore, the thing that is supposed to be your solid business to expand will not be there. We all know the tale. You know, we have a couple of billionaires in Nigeria and we know that there's one billionaire in particular who seems to be growing from grace to grace to grace. The guy didn't move. Then there's another billionaire that let me not call names.
Well, you know, it's as if once military era ended, you know the guy no true progress. So he's a billionaire, OK, but there's a way that he's made some moving for him. He's not. Some people will say that the guy the there's not as soon as if he's stagnating that the guy is now was was he retrogression? You don't build a solid base. There's no how you're for for your business. There's no how the thing will scale well, there's no how that this thing will expand.
So these are the issues and these are some of the tensions when we talk about blowing up quick versus let me blow up for sure as they let me know just arrive on the scene. But five years, 10 years, 15 years, 20 years, when people look up, they will see me. And I said that this guy is truly, truly a bigger Bros. Like take for instance, Cosmos. To get to my wife's office, I have to drive, drive past Cos Charis, Cosmos, Madoka, you know.
So yes, the guy no to the rain, but there's no how, no how that if you're calling Ebo businessmen, Ebo billionaires in this country, you will still call Cosmos. That's the kind of thing we're talking about. In the 80s, people are calling his name. In the 90s, people are calling his name. In the 2000s. People still know his name. You got grant him long life. As we enter into the 20 thirties, people will still call that guy's name.
That's what I'm talking about. It's not about showing up on the scene one time, bam, everybody sees you. It's about when you arrive on the scene. Are you going to be there for sure. People see you today or see you tomorrow. They see you next week. They see you next year. They see you 2 years, five years, 10 years, 15 years, 20 years. Doesn't matter who it is that you look at Warren Buffett or whoever, whether home or abroad,
the goal is not show up and then disappear. The goal is you show up and people know that you are there. Solid, no contest. Now applying these principles. Can be tricky. So if you need me to look into particular circumstances of your own business, that's not a problem. You call me, you send me a text message or a WhatsApp message on 08064662140. If you're interested in the 15 minute sale audit, business audit, no problem.
WhatsApp me 08064662140. And if you'd like to join my WhatsApp channel, it's not a problem, send me a message on the same WhatsApp number and I will hook you up. So the focus is we should be trying to look for how I can build a solid business base, a solid foundation that would allow allow for scale, excuse me, allow for growth and expansion in the future. The focus is to build a solid business and business assets that we can hand down to the kids because there's no point in show up.
You blow up, then by the time your time is done, what are you handing over for your children? Nothing. But anyway, let me talk one question because until we tackle this question, you know, this madness will stop. Is overnight success possible? Now unfortunately, there's some people who run to run around saying that there's no trusting as overnight success, you know, but that's not going to stop boys, especially young boys, 20
year old boys, 24 year old boys, there's nothing where to stop them from chasing overnight success. Because you say overnight success is not possible, but you're not telling the exact truth. Overnight success is possible. These boys see overnight success all the time, every year, in fact, every single quarter they see overnight success. That somebody, nobody knew his name last month, this month, the guys, everywhere, people see overnight success.
So stop saying there's no such thing as overnight success. There is the honest conversation is to tell people that, look, there is overnight success. However, overnight success has a hidden foundation of years that people don't see. So stop going around saying there's no such thing as overnight success. Overnight success is there? It happens. There's some people that generally nobody knows their name July, they're all over the place.
The truth is just that the person are blue like that, especially with his legitimate blue. There are years hidden foundation, years of work that went into making that team blow. The best I've heard is I was watching a movie and somebody was like, how do you become an overnight success on Broadway? And one of the actors said, Oh yeah, that's easy. It's 15 years practice. That is the most honest thing I've heard. They asked the person, I want to blow in Broadway, how will I
blow overnight? The person responded back. He said that's easy, it's 15 years of practice. So in other words, you're an actor, you want to blow on Broadway. You know Broadway is a New York American something. You want to blow on Broadway, no problem. You gaspet your dues for 15 years, then you can blow. So that's all we should be telling people now. Yes, there is overnight success. It's just that there's a hidden foundation of years of work.
So stop telling young boys that is an overnight success when they have seen clearly what happened to Easy. That's what's his guy's name now, Starkey Star Boy. You know, before nobody knew him all of a sudden, especially when I was running a back UW, the guy's name was everywhere. So people have seen Wheezy blow up overnight. But what happened is Wheezy was a studio rat for years, hanging around in the studio, at least when I heard back UW talk about this thing because back UW spoke at this event that was put together by this woman wedding guru in Abuja.
You know that even though I'm a former lawyer now business consultant, there was a time when I had an export business with my brother and I also did events. So of course I wanted to do business with a wedding guru because, you know, she did do high class weddings. So and of course, now that's where lots of us wanted to be. So definitely, you know, she, she had an event going. I didn't know her personally, but I knew her PA at the time.
So the PA told me what's up. So of course I show up for the event now because, you know, I want to meet wedding guru as if we can do some business together. So another real event was Banky Banky W That's Banky Wellington. I was talking, you know, former musician, former actor, now a politician. I think he's in the, I can't remember if he's in the State House, the State House of Assembly or House of Reps. So it's Banky W because somebody asked him some people self because I was around the time when I think he and Wheezy were having some kind issues in the press.
So somebody asked him now how far now this beef between you and Star Boy, like what's going on? So that's how Banky W was talking about the back story about all these kind of things. So Bob Banky W testified that Wheezy Star Boy that the guy they talented, that guy does the drop rhymes, drop bars lyrics easy like that. But then he said the reason why Wheezy is good like that is because he used to be hang around. He used to be a studio rat.
He didn't use that term studio rat, but I know that people use those terms for, you know, people where they hang around studio like Prince, for instance. Prince was also a studio rat as Prince, you know, Purple rain. So sorry 1 moment OK, sorry about that. I'm back you know like I said, it's a full house so my wife made some sandwiches and so she was calling me to come and collect my share. Now I know there's this one guy in particular who says I like to flex on you guys, you know like I'm boasting about my marriage,
you know as if I'm boasting you know what marriage is sweet. You know that's the reason why look, he has his challenges, but that's the reason why when some of you say no, I know I'm married at the at the Porsche back. I want to carry back, you know, I'm like that woman matter is trouble and blah, blah, blah. And I'm just wondering like, where is all this fear coming from? You know, the 2 million of you young men, 24 In fact, this my video guy.
We just finished one documentary for King's Trust International. They are one of the delivery partners. No, not delivery partners Sharp. They they do some work with the British Council here in Niger. And so we covered one of the projects, one of the entrepreneurs who was trained through their youth entrepreneurial something something program, a pharmacist who's doing some good work in Abuja and who is also trying to provide affordable health care to people who have low income.
So my guy, now I'll call him by name self Ebel, you know, Ebel is a young guy. That is something, yes, Ebel. No, I'm married. I don't understand. I don't understand what's going on. No, man, don't be afraid. You know, it's not easy. He has the difficulties. But yeah, marriage. Marriage can be sweet. So that's it. My wife made me some sandwiches. So as soon as I'm done with this, I'll sit down and have myself a nice sandwich.
Where was I now? So Wheezy now, Banky Dub, you know, at that event that was organized by a wedding guru. So Banky W said that look, you can't take it away from Wheezy that forget the beef that you know, Starboy now he is prolific, but that's because he spent years in the studio. He's hanging around the studio, he's cleaning the studio. You know, he's had all kinds of things. Somebody will finish, somebody will record.
Like you talk about one session where, you know, he was on the mic and he finished recording something and just as bad as a bad he was about to step away. You know, Wheezy was like, ah, that producer should know Vex now that he wants to try something. And that's how, you know, on the spot Wheezy try one or two things. That's how Monkey Dobie was like, this guy has some serious talent, you know? And then that's how the friendship continued.
So everybody sees that Wheezy blew up overnight, meaning by January nobody knows who he is. Middle of the year, everybody, they shout, you know, Starboy, Starboy, Wheezy, Wheezy, if you see me in the corner, don't dull on boys One hammer. Don't dull sipping Doshi and Gabbana don't dull. You know I won't leave 1 bad gun or you ask your mommy I won't leave 1 bad gun. You know. So it's like that one time nobody knew him overnight everybody knew him.
What is the foundation? Hidden years of work that nobody saw him as a studio rat. Nobody will see you. So that's all we need to be telling boys. 2024 year old boys want to hammer with each other. Yes, open and success is real, but in between there's a foundation of years of work. So you can't be like Starboard, you can't be like Wheezy. You just have to be a studio rat for a decade and you will get there. It's like born a boy, born a boy big in Niger, but then those years of also in the UK when,
you know, he didn't quite pop off and nobody knew who the guy was. So yes, you can be like wheezy. You can be like 1 aboard. You just need to put in a decade of, you know, hustle, hustle, you understand, and eventually you blow some of your favorite influencers like this guy that used to be my was my senior in school, Ibuka, you know, his host of of you know, I don't watch his shows anyway, but his host of one legal show is the host of Big Brother is the host of another educational show where they quiz children and things like that.
And I think he got his big break when he started off with a good ultimate search. So but The thing is, you will look at able Khan now fine boy, fresh boy in a wear suit. They travel up and down everything woman they admire. You know you will see him like there was a time when nobody knew him and then Big Brother Good Ultimate Search. Now everybody knows him. People will not see that there was years of work that happened before that and even in the whole influenza blowing up stage.
You know, those time that he took some time, went back to school I think was University of Edinburgh. Although at the time I called Edinburgh until I landed in Scotland, then I was telling to my colleagues, I said Edinburgh, Edinburgh. I thought it corrected me. It says Edinburgh, I say what it says Edinburgh. I say OK now so as well, I think Ibuka took some time off, went back to Edinburgh and did something in entertainment law before coming back to Niger to,
to, you know, to attack this thing strong. So when people look at him and say, oh, Ibuka, you know, who is he? Which family is he from? People didn't know him before. Now people know him. This overnight success, yes. Or in between there's a couple years of work. So yeah, you're 20 year old, 18 year old, 24 year old listening to this podcast, you want to blow? Yeah, it is true. Overnight success, it happens. Don't let anybody tell you the overnight success doesn't happen.
It happen. Well, anywhere, America, UK, Australia, anywhere, people, they blow one night. The truth is just that, to blow overnight. There's a hidden foundation that people did not see when Abuka was in Edinburgh studying entertainment law to come back and attack the Niger entertainment scene in full force. You people did not see. The cameras were not there running to lecture up and down. The cameras were not there. If it was one of those Nigerians who did part time work, because some of us, we go there, we do part time work, you know, to fund our studies.
Well, luckily for me, Mumsy paid my own food, school fees straight. So my was just to, you know, hustle for upkeep and rent, you know, So if you look at the do part time work, I don't see him. The camera was not there. The only thing people are seeing is you see him on Big Brother, You see this, the shine, you see the, the suit. If you're around him, you smell the perfume, you see as babes, the you know, the Russian, that's all you're seeing.
You didn't see the years or he didn't work. So yes, overnight success is possible and we should aim to blow. We must blow. Even myself, I must blow. These are my own hidden years. When I blow, it will take some people by surprise. They'll be like, who is this *** Where is he coming from? They don't know that there was hidden years of work. So we must blow. We make all of us who blow. Most definitely we must blow. Just know that is hidden years,
the Syrian foundation that goes into it. But in trying to blow that our focus be want to blow up for sure, not to blow up quick. Like Grant Cardone says, it's not about get rich quick, it's about get rich for sure. So that today they will know us. Next year, don't know us five years, don't know us 10 years, don't know us 20 years, don't know us 30 years. They will know us. They will say you are the GOAT, you are the greatest of all time.
That's all we should be aiming for. It's not just blow up and then after a while where you know is you blow up, you maintain after a while they will they heal you.
